Data backup
Export a JSON backup for safekeeping. This does not replace the database's own backup options.
Email expiry alerts are configured separately after deployment.
Team access
Users can create an account, but only approved users should be allowed to use the inventory. The first account must be promoted to admin using the setup SQL. Admins can review profiles here.
For staff departures, disable the user's account from Supabase Authentication. Do not share one login between employees.
